Eric S. Bader

Eric S. Bader has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Esquire since 2018. Eric served as Corporate Secretary from 2008 to 2023, Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2018, and as the Treasurer in 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Eric held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs and served as a Vice President and Investment Officer at North Fork Bank. His experience managing institutional portfolios, liquidity positions and risk as a senior bank officer and as a financial officer on Wall Street brings a high level of expertise to the Company. Eric has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

As the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Eric is responsible for the execution of business strategy and is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Company.

Eric holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Towson University in Maryland and a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) degree from Loyola University in Maryland.
