Esquire Financial Holdings Added to Membership of Russell 3000® Index

Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. (Esquire) today announced that it has been added as a member of the broad-market Russell 3000® Index, effective June 27, 2022, as part of the 2022 Russell indexes reconstitution. Based upon its membership in the Russell 3000® Index, Esquire has also become a member of the small-cap Russell 2000® Index.

“Esquire’s inclusion in the Russell 3000 Index should increase our exposure among investors, increase  liquidity in our stock, and add value to our stockholders,” stated Andrew C. Sagliocca, Chief Executive Officer and President of Esquire.
