Paper Statement Update – November 30, 2024

In our ongoing effort to protect your privacy we will be implementing a change to your check images attached to your monthly paper statement.  Effective 11/30/24 the MICR encoding line (the series of numbers printed at the bottom of each check including, the routing number and account number) will be masked.   You will be able to see your original check image, the check number without the MICR encoding line, the date the item was paid, and the amount of the item.

If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you will have access to unmasked check images. For enhanced account privacy, consider switching to eStatements.

If you have any questions about the change, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re committed to safeguarding your information. You can contact us at retail.operations@esqbank.com.
