Michael Lacapria

Michael Lacapria is a talented and seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He brings a wealth of expertise in accounting and finance areas. From October 2016 through December 2018, Michael Lacapria served as the Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Bank Trust Corporation and the regional finance director for Deutsche Bank’s U.S. operations. From 2014 to 2016, Michael served as a Director in Cantor Fitzgerald’s real estate lending and investment management platforms. From 2000 to 2014, Michael was an auditor in KPMG LLP New York’s financial services practice focused on investment and commercial banking.

Michael has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 2018. He is responsible for the accounting and finance functions and partners with Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer on development and execution of strategic objectives as well as investor relations management.

Michael obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business. He also graduated from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State with Honors in Accounting.
